-3 eggs

-Prepare two teaspoons of vegetable oil.

- Prepare eight pieces of potatoes.

The first step is to get a large bowl where you can mix your flour and salt. Once you are finished, get a separate bowl to whisk the melted butter, eggs, vegetable oil, and sour cream. In order for all the ingredients to blend together, you have to stir very well. After this, just get a clean towel to cover the bowl and wait for your dough to rise.

The next step is to cook your potatoes. To cook your potatoes, get a huge pot and boil it for approximately 15 minutes. Once your potatoes are well cooked, mash them and mix in your shredded cheese and cheese sauce (it's better if the sauce is hot). Don't forget to add flavor to your filling by seasoning it with salt and pepper.

After your dough has risen, it will be much easier for you to roll it when you divide it into two parts. Prepare a flat surface and spread flour on it in order for your to easily roll your dough. After rolling the dough, the next step is to start cutting it into circles (you will need a cookie cutter or a perogie cutter. Put the filling on the center of your dough and brush it's edges with water. Press the dough well to seal the edges. After placing the dish on a freezer overnight, it is now ready to be boiled or fried.
